JMJ Disability Serv Pty Ltd celebrated this year’s #naidocweek celebration themed “Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up!” with a bang!
Our team members and participants proudly wore their new custom-made JMJ polo t-shirts with indigenous prints as they participated in various Naidoc Week events and activities in Katherine and Darwin.
Among these events were the Naidoc March, Morning Tea with Australian Red Cross NT & Kalano Community Association Incorporated, and our own pocket events & activities at various SIL houses across Katherine, Darwin, and Palmerston.
NAIDOC Week celebrates the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It’s highly important to celebrate this and is a great opportunity to learn and appreciate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
