Welcome to JMJ Disability Services(“JMJ”), a caring and leading NDIS provider committed to serving the needs of our community. My name is Maria, and I am the CEO and heart of JMJ. Our passion, vision, and immense dedication are what drive us to make a difference in the lives of people living with disabilities, as well as locals and immigrants who are a vital part of our community.
At JMJ, we believe in the power of community and the importance of treating our business like a family, where everyone is welcomed and respected. We are deeply committed to the personal growth and development of each individual within our “family,” whether they be staff members, participants, or beneficiaries. We aim to provide an empathetic, caring, and supportive environment that enables everyone to reach their full potential.
As a proud advocate for the Northern Territory, I am immensely grateful for the rich cultural diversity, natural beauty, and history it offers. In particular, we recognize the significance of our connections with the Aboriginal community, and we continue to foster and celebrate their rich traditions and heritage. My love for the people of the NT – who have always shown humility, respect, and unconditional love – only strengthens JMJ’s commitment to providing exceptional services to our diverse community.

JMJ Disability Serv Pty Ltd, fondly referred to as JMJ, is a leading provider of disability services dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities in the Northern Territory. Founded by Maria in 2018 as a sole trader, JMJ has since grown exponentially, making a profound impact on both the disability community and the local workforce.
Starting in Katherine, our organization expanded its reach to Darwin and several remote areas of the Northern Territory. We take immense pride in our ongoing commitment to the Aboriginal community in these regions, actively contributing towards its growth and development.
At JMJ, our services are delivered with the utmost care and compassion. With a dedicated team of more than 150 staff members, we prioritize building meaningful connections with our clients while ensuring their personal goals and aspirations are achieved.
Our steadfast commitment to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) exemplifies our pledge to assist our clients in living fulfilling lives. JMJ abides by the NDIS Code of Conduct, continually setting an example in the disability sector and guaranteeing our clients receive the best possible support.
Through the years, JMJ has focused on empowering the local workforce by creating opportunities for employment and mentorship, by providing education and training resources, and by facilitating the DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement) visa program. All these initiatives support our goal of making a genuine impact on people’s lives, both those living with a disability and those working to support them.
