Congratulations to all of JMJ’s Employee of the Month awardees for the last quarter awarded during last October’s general assemblies in both Darwin and Katherine.

For Darwin, JMJ Operations Manager Lester Labra awarded winners – House Leader Marinet Parrocha and team member Joselito Fernandez for their outstanding work.

On the other hand, JMJ Katherine Operations Manager Christine Chua gave recognition to team member Rassiya Sinaj.  Client Services Manager Catherine Chua awarded Lloyd Eborlas for his great performance.  Let’s hear it from the award recipients below.

Joselito Fernandez, Darwin

First able, I would say thank you for being part of JMJ family. It was a great feeling to me when I received the title of “employee of the month” and I and very pleased that this recognition came from my co-workers. Certainly, I would not have done without you cooperation and support. Our priority as a support worker is to provide assistance to all participants, in their daily activities with heart and compassion to achieve participant’s goals. At the end of the day our target is to improve their quality life.

Marinet Parrocha, Darwin

Lloyd Eborlas, Katherine

“It was a great feeling to receive the title of ‘Employee of the Month’. Thank you kindly for this acknowledgement and recognition of my work, but I must admit that I could not have received this award without my fellow colleagues helping me out. This award encourages me to step out of my comfort zone, and I am incredibly thankful to the management team for the level of support they continue to show me. I feel very encouraged by this recognition and am happy to hear that my skills have improved day by day.  I hope to continue to prove myself an asset to the company.”
