JMJDS

Last October 31st, Team JMJ had a blast being part of the local Katherine community’s “Trunk-O-Treat” event at East Side Mini Mart Carpark along Grevillea Road. This was a special initiative spearheaded by JMJ Katherine House Supervisor Sheryl Dancel and Operations Manager Christine Chua.
“BOO! Happy Halloween! All treats and no trick! Just for a night, JMJ staff and participants got to be wizards, witches, and fairies…all in the name of FUN! Kids and grownups alike are all dressed up in their best scary, pretty, cute, creative, and out of this world costumes and lined up at JMJ’s “horror bus” for this year’s annual trunk and treats! It was indeed a night to remember for all the kids and kids at heart our baskets are full. Thank you! “- Michelle Sia, JMJ Katherine disability support worker.
This event was a great opportunity for our participants to positively touch base with the local community members – families and kids. Shout out to our JMJ Katherine team for a highly successful event!
